Have you prepared your organization for the MVP? Have you… #

• Done your MVP Discovery Homework (will be provided by the Humanitec team) and shared it with Humanitec?
• Discussed Humanitec, the MVP, and any requirements with your Security and Finance teams?
  • Are all approvals in place from Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to begin the MVP?
  • Are any necessary review/procurement processes underway for production-grade rollout?
• Designated a technical team to work on the MVP integration, with skills in: IaC/Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure?
  • Is this team ready to begin work at the MVP start date?
    Are there any holiday periods to consider with this team?
  • Is this team able to dedicate at least 1-2 hours per day to working on the MVP?
