Phase 1: Discovery
Goal
The goal of the MVP Discovery phase is to prepare for a successful MVP by completing initial evaluations of current state, finalizing operational tasks, and preparing project management and collaborative tools
In particular, you will have identified the first application and the corresponding application team to test your MVP.
